Level 1 Training - Fare Ambassadors, Contracted Security, Law Enforcement, Fire Department and medical personnel, vendors or contractors who will be escorted and not entering the right-of-way to perform defined tasks will complete Level 1 training. • Most ST staff that currently hold Link ROW cards will fall into this category under the new RWP training program.

• This training is a virtual, on-line session with an instructor presenting the training materials.

• Attendees must successfully pass a training module quiz to receive a Right-of-Way training card.
